These are the terms that govern your use of the Ledgr platform, operated by Ledgr Health, Inc., a Florida corporation. By creating an account, you agree to them.
Ledgr is a software platform that helps independent medical practices track provider credentials, certifications, malpractice policies, and related legal dates. Ledgr is not a credentialing service, not a credentialing verification organization (CVO), and not a substitute for professional legal, compliance, or insurance advice.
Ledgr is offered on a monthly subscription. The 30-day trial does not require a credit card. After the trial, monthly charges begin and continue until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and there are no refunds for partial periods.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages can occur. Ledgr is not a replacement for your own renewal-tracking discipline. Missed renewals are ultimately your responsibility.
Ledgr is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Ledgr does not provide legal, medical, regulatory, or insurance advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You can stop using Ledgr at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that present a risk to other practices using the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be emailed to active accounts at least 14 days before they take effect.
